Tiësto’s Epic Summer Will End With the Release of his New Album! Tiësto has just told the LA Times that his anxiously-awaited new album is slated to come out this September! In an article that appeared last Friday, Tiësto told a Times reporter that, not only should the album drop that month but that LA itself was a major influence on this record's sound. He said, 'The six weeks I spent in Los Angeles last October and November were probably the biggest inspiration I had in making this new album. I was going out a lot, listening to music, hearing bands play. It pointed me in a new direction.' It's going be a big summer for Tiësto and the fans. Tiësto will be back in California in May, playing his first ever show in Sacramento. He's also celebrating Memorial Day in Las Vegas with back-to-back nights at JET and The Bank, the party city's two hottest nightclubs. As the summer kicks off, starting in June, Tiësto will begin his 16-week Monday night residency at Privilege in Ibiza. With up to 8,000 fans a night in the world's biggest nightclub, these exclusive shows will feature a spectacular multi-million-Euro stage and sound production. This truly unique club experience can only be seen during Tiësto's extraordinary Ibiza residency, so if you can make it there, it'll be more than worth it! July brings London's historic open-air Victoria Park show. Tiësto has just added Australia's Sneaky Sound System and England's Calvin Harris to the opening lineup. Topping Australia's charts, Sneaky Sound System has worked with such legends as Kanye West, Empire of the Sun, and Stuart Price. Meanwhile, Calvin Harris's latest single 'I'm Not Alone,' which has been remixed by Tiësto, has been #1 in the UK for two weeks.
